Where can I park?
There is 2 hour RPZ parking all around the area within a few blocks of my office. Often, there is parking out in front of Empire Espresso because people come and go as they get coffee. I find it easier to get parking west of the building on 39th Ave S, or further west into the neighborhood. There is also an affordable parking lot on the corner of S. Ferdinand St. and 39th Ave S., across from Rookie’s Bar and Grill.
Where are you located?
My office is in the brick building behind Empire Espresso at 3827 S. Edmunds St., Unit D, Seattle, WA 98118. If you follow the pathway to the right of the cafe, you will see Columbia City Pilates, and then a courtyard between the two buildings. I am located above Nest Design + Build in Unit D, on the second floor.
