How easily do you want to move while you do what matters most to you?
What if our bodies, with all their history of injury and strain, supported us instead of hindered us while we moved through our world? This is a question that I continue to ask myself both as a person with a body, and as a massage therapist. For me, awareness of limitations of movement, and an understanding of how those limitations started and how they continue to exist, are the catalysts for changing how we feel in our bodies. And, I don’t know about you, but when I move freely and without pain, I feel like I can do anything!
